About Fiona
My career has currently spanned over 40 years . . . how on earth did that happen?! During that time I have had a successful corporate career holding senior roles and advising senior leaders and their Executive Teams and Boards. All my roles have required expert abilities as a communicator and connector, leadership, sound judgement, integrity and organisational skills. Breadth of experience I have: - Supported many, from senior leaders to new starts. - Worked in numerous sectors, from sports to chemicals, retail to wine and almost everything in between. - Been a Director and Board Chair. - Given hundreds of talks to audiences all over the world on my expert subject of reputation and influence. - Written a business book, Stand Out and Step Up, that is widely used to empower and inspire conversations about being the best version of yourself. - Coached and mentored some of the best people I've ever met. I am: - A motivator. I bring an energy and desire for life that is known as infectious! - A traveller, and I coach clients around the world. - A survior of life, and I've gained tremendous value from what I’ve learned along the way. I’m now excitedly living in my thrive era! Me, in more detail - I've owned a vineyard ( and through this knowledge curve have developed another passion in the process!) - I was born in Scotland, educated in HongKong, started my career in Europe and then moved hemisphere to become a ' passionate Kiwi of choice'. - I value family. I have raised two incredible daughters - my life's greatest challenge and greatest joy. Now, I'm supporting the next generation!
